A true cosmopolitan at heart, Lida Lund was born and raised in Moscow. Before finding her way into fashion she studied English Literature and Modern Japanese Culture at the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf, Germany. Her career in fashion began 2008, when she started assisting different German stylists. After one and a half years of assistance, she decided to do her own thing and became a freelance stylist.
Inspired by punk and rock music, artists such as Alfons Mucha, Klimt and Tracey Emin, and her own multicultural roots, Lida’s style can be described as a blend of Swedish effortlessness mixed up with German coolness and a small portion of Russian decadence.
Always positive, creative and energetic, Lida has had the pleasure of collaborating with many different photographers. Her work has been featured in international fashion magazines. And in addition to that she’s been also styling advertising campaigns for Queen and Princess, Telekom and others.
